The I.P address in The Motorola Generic Device that popped up in NIS 2011 Version 18.5.0.125 Network Security Map only says New and Generic Device Motorola BCS has my ISP Provider's Address It says Protected . I believe it's my modem and something is throwing my modem off-line. I have the ISP Technician coming out tommorrow, could it just be a coincidence?...........Gorpy1
