Well, here I go again. More problems with NIS 360. I'm using Norton ver 22.5.0.124.
This morning (06/28) when I click on the Norton icon on the task bar, and go to Identity and Identity Safe to open my vault, I get prompted to log in to my Norton account (see atch 1).
My id is already there and when I type in my password, all that happens is the log-in window reopens.
I had problems with NIS yesterday after a Norton agent did a remote session and re-installed NIS 360 and all updates.
I don't understand why I'm having so much trouble with this. I've not had this problem before. I'm using a local vault and in the past, all I had to do was click the icon on the task bar, Advanced, and Identity Safe and my vault log-in window would open, enter my p/w and bingo, it opens.
I'm ready to just "can" Norton and go to something else.
