Move NIS09 To A Different PC

I have NIS09 running on all three of my computers. My son's computer has completely dies on us leaving the PC unable to even power up. I just bought a new laptop with th eintentions of handing down my current PC to replace my son's brick. Is it possible to move the license on the bricked PC over to my new one?
