I have noticed something which may or may not be a bug; I don't know if it is intentional :-)
When a post is split off and turned into a new thread, or if a thread is transferred from one board to another, it is moved to the very top of the board. When viewing, for instance, the NIS/NAV section, the moved thread is at the very top of the board (cf. first picture below); but on the main page, with the overview of all the boards and the most recent post/thread showing, it does not show up (second picture); instead, the thread underneath it on the board is displayed, even though the number of posts changes to reflect that a new thread (the one which has been moved) has been added:
