Why not have a general section forum? If you had one, I would have posted the following there:

 

I'm having major problem on my Win7 / IE10 laptop's Norton Vault and have started a thread in that forum:

This has happened before and there had always been major MS updates a day or two earlier - which Is why I thought they'd caused the problems.

Is it possible, Mr Weiss, that these MS update probems have impacted on Norton products?
