I use Firefox as my internet browser. I'm running Windows 10. I use Outlook for email. When Firefox is open, MSN Australia randomly loads automatically in a new page. I want to stop this happening. Please advise. Norton has scanned and doesn't seem to find any malware etc.

Hi TPatron:
Have you checked Tools | Options | General in your Firefox browser to ensure your default Home Page hasn't been changed to MSN?
Every time I log out of Outlook.com I'm automatically re-directed to the MSN Canada site and it constantly nags me to make MSN the home page in my browser. It would be very easy to accidentally apply the change to your browser settings.

This sounds like ads on a web site you are visiting that contain the redirects for your browser. It is nothing Norton would detect as there is nothing on the computer for Norton to scan.
Try installing an ad blocker extension in your browser(s), and/or disabling Javascript in the browsers. That should stop this kind of browser redirecting.
