MSN Tracking cookies

I can understand from what I've read on these post, that "all Cookies" are not harmful.  But I do wonder about these three reoccurring tracking cookies.  I can run a scan, SUPERAntiSpyware finds them, I'll quarantine them, run another scan and they are back.  Also the folder they are in, "userdata" is restricted so I can't even get into the folder to delete them.  Is getting rid of Macromedia Flash Player the only way to get rid of these cookies?  If I get rid of Macromedia Flash Player, then some of the programs refuse to run.  If they didn't go through all the trouble of hiding these cookies, I probably wouldn't worry about them.
