Multiple dllhost.exe COM Surrogate, Poweliks keeps getting blocked by Norton 360

Good Afternoon,

I have a Trojan that has affected my computer. (multiple dllhost.exe COM Surrogate, Poweliks keeps getting blocked by Norton 360)

I'm using windows 7. When I'm online the computer gets bogged down with the many dllhost.exe programs.

Any help getting rid of the virus would be appreciated.
