I have lost the green/red checks on any search engine--whether it be google, yahoo, bing. I have read that some users only were losing them on google.. I also was having trouble that the log in cards were taking much, much longer to fill. Now that I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled--I am having trouble even getting the log in card to come up. I have used this software for a year now and have had no problems. This has to be some live update problem that has done this. I know how to use the log ins and have done this successfully since getting the program.
I have unistalled internet security and reinstalled. I also did it through the help on norton website that uninstalled the program and reinstalled security 11. I have made sure that safe site is enabled the enhanced search engine results. Nothing has seemed to help at all. My wifes laptop has the same software and her's now has a star next to the results???? We both have the live updates on and it has to be something with this.
Any suggestions???
