Hi everyone. I'm having a problem with my NIS on my Windows 8.1 computer. I have 3 user accounts, and it seems when I switch between account, Norton is no longer active. By that I mean it is not longer in my System Tray, and when I try to open by clicking the desktop icon nothing happens. I think this also happens when my computer goes to sleep and I wake it.
Is anyone else having this issue?
My computer is 64-bit, but when I open Task Manager and look on my Processes list, I have 2 Norton Internet Security (32 bit) listings, no 64 bit. Also, I only see a Norton installation in my 32-bit Programs Files on my C drive. Is there a 64-bit version of NIS I should have?
