NortonLifelock blocked my client's website. If you will take a look and review the content - https://beyonddentalcare.com.au/, it's just a Dental Clinic that services people from Burpengary and Sandstone Point Australia, and no malicious found on the content.
Having read from the same topic as these, a lot of people have the same problem and have had their problem resolved by Norton. I sent a dispute 1 week ago and nothing has happened yet.
Can someone from Norton please help me with this and remove my website from your "Known Dangerous Web page" list?
And please can we expect a reply? Why did this happen in the first place? Note that the message did not use words like "suspected" or "detected", but "Known Dangerous Web page". Seeing that many other people have had the same problem and then cleared by Norton after all, claiming a clean website as a "Known Dangerous Web page" costs the owner a lot of money in direct sales and customer confidence, and, therefore, future sales. This is simply defamatory to the said website.
