So I had some problem with my computer, they never actually told me specifically what the problem was (maybe hard-drive failure or something?), but anyway, I lost everything including Norton 360. Is there any way to get Norton 360 back without buying another disc as I have already used the 3 possible installations of Norton 360 on 3 computers.
Thanks in advance!
Hi HelloNGreetings,
You can install the trialware and activate it using the same product key of Norton 360. You can get the Product Key from your Norton Account.
You can then download it again from any one of these links (Norton 360 v3 Standard or Norton 360 v3 Premier) according to the Norton 360 edition you had. If you have got 2GB Online Storage along with the product, it is Norton 360 Standard Edition. If you have got more than that(25GB), then it's Norton 360 Premier edition.

Hi Yogesh,
Thanks for your great answer, I have a few queries about it though if you don't mind..
You've given links for v3 - I had Norton 360 v2, does this matter?
And are those links to the trialware you mentioned in the first few words of your post?
Also where is the product code on MyNortonAccount.com? I can't find that :$. It's the same product code inside the disk cover when we first bought it, correct? I still have that with me, can't I just use that instead?
Thanks.

Not a problem with that, you can upgrade to Norton 360 3.0 for free. You just need the same Product Key from Norton 360 2.0. Mostly, when you activate the Norton 360, you have to register it in Norton Account where it stores your Product Key. That is why I suggested to check there first. If you have the Product Key in CD sleeve, that is enough.
Yogesh,
Thanks ALOT - I never thought I'd be able to get Norton back and thanks to you, it is and scanning as I type this message. Thanks again, kudoes to you.
