My computer says it is at risk, but that it has been completely updated. Help?

I checked my Norton for updates and to make sure it was running as it should. However, today I noticed it had a pop up message that said "your PC is at risk --> fix now." I clicked the "fix now" button, and it preformed a scan that came back clean. However, now whenever I look at my Norton, it just says "Your PC is at risk --> status: fixing."

Also, my anti-virus, SONAR protection, and email protection are red/off, and unclickable to turn on.

I have tried scanning, but that just says "an error occurred in scanning."

What's wrong?

Welcome,
It sounds like you have collected a 'nasty'. Not sure what kind or how serious it is. Have you run any other scans? If so, what were the results? If not it might be wise to wait for user/expert Quads to comment.

Be patient
