No matter WHICH browser (tested with FireFox, Chrome, Brave and Edge), or what version of it (tested with newer and older versions of each browser).. or even the PC (tested with 4 different PCs, all bear the same result) the page doesn’t seems to works correctly (yes, also cleared the cache).
Can’t click most of the links (edit device name or show the key to change it remotely).
Support doesn’t seems to understand at all what is happening altought the issue lies with the website (The older interface was working fine.. why did they changed it AGAIN???).
Another thing to check is to turn off any VPN and ad blockers when trying to access Norton sites.
Did already. I don’t use any VPN and all the blockers were OFF (I only have uBlock)
Disable UBlock Origin for the site IF you haven’t already. I’ve found that in the past it keeps webpages from loading when enabled for a specific site.

I said i did already. Also tested with different browsers. Some doesn’t even have any extension installed… so it is not the browsers.. or the PCs… it’s the website that doesn’t works correctly after the change they made to the interface…
