Detailed description: I have unistalled and reinstalled several times. Still getting the same message

Product & version number: iPhone 15

OS details: iOS 18.7.1

Are you sure it is the My Subscription page and not the Devices page? The Devices page is notorious for having incorrect/outdated information. Any changes you make to your Devices page are not updated in real time.
