Are you sure it is the My Subscription page and not the Devices page? The Devices page is notorious for having incorrect/outdated information. Any changes you make to your Devices page are not updated in real time.
I have the same issue as the other person, it has been over a month that it’s like that ! Any idea what the problem is ? And yes it is on the devices page.
As I noted above, the devices page is often incorrect, especially for mobile products. The correct information can always be found under My Subscriptions.
