My key only has 16 characters

I purchased Norton Antivirus Plus and utilities but the PIN only has 16 characters.

I am still waiting for the retailer to respond as I received it via email, but I thought I would try here.

Alkosto , (it is in Colombia). I have used them before and with this purchase the other PINs were all valid except the Norton.
