My NAV using too much disk space, safe to delete files..?

Hey guys, yesterday while I checking my disk usage in my SSD drive, I've seen Norton kinda eat up the disk space more than 1 GB in Porgram Data folder inside "ErrMgmt" folder, is it safe to delete..?

Here's the screenshot

FYI, I'm doing this to reclaim my disk space as much as possible because I'm using 60 GB of SSD drive and doesn't want any program eat disk space too much than normal it should. If the disk usage is useless I rather choose to delete the files.

Thanks before...

Hi, tridentcore. Before you even think of removing any Norton files, DON'T ! I'd suggest using the Windows Disk CleanUp function and see if you can release some space, that way.

You could also use CCleaner which is a very good tool for cleaning up files.

I wouldn't use the Registry Cleaner however. Sometimes files essential to the system, can be removed in error.

I don't know where this setting is in NAV, but try turning off  "detailed error data collection" under "Comminity Watch".

Or you can turn of the entire Community Watch.

On my version of NIS it's under Settings > General > Other Settings.

See if they all go away after turning it off and rebooting or at least stop.

I'm not positive this is the problem but I'm pretty sure thats the main contents of those folders.

I have community watch off and ErrMgmt is less than 1MB, (with an M)

Well FYI, I'm professional users and never use Disk CleanUp because I already know what I'm doing with my notebook. Only CCleaner I ever used for daily maintenance.

The problem I posted above is out of region which is Windows Disk Cleanup can handle, well maybe I can try DaveH tips for this, 1 GB useless file is kinda big for me as SSD user. I have total control with my OS, absolutely total daily backup and maintenance.
