The problem I have is that my NIS sometimes start with windows 10 and sometimes it doesn't. I just have to restart my computer and the problem is resolved. I have done everything, including uninstall and reinstall the program several times. Although the problem is resolved just by restarting my computer, it makes me check every time I start my computer if NIS have started or not and then, if it has not started, to restart my computer. It is really annoying, to the point that I have decided that if the problem persist, I am not going to renew my subscription when it become due. Thanks and I need an answer.
