Every time I try to run my liveupdate it has a Failure to Intialize Error Message. NISo09 will not scan either, full or quick. My OS is vista x64. I’ve tried to uninstall it and reinstall it several times, but the same errors occor. The error message 3040, 40007 pops up. Thank You
