My Norton 360 Deluxe app for iPhone always ill link to license and I need to check frequently and sign in again almost every day. Seems that it lost its function of protection. Any one know why it always log out?
And I tried to contact Norton support with”phone” option, but I don’t receive any reply.

Are you referring to signing into your Norton Account from the Account icon at the bottom right of the app screen? If so, not being signed in does not deactivate the features of the app. If you check the Menu item (second icon for left bottom of screen), if all items are showing a green check mark , your protection features are active.

The unlink issue happen in the green box under subscription on Account page. If the account is link to Norton, it would appear “Active”.
My devices always sign out and show a button ”Link to Licence”.
And the “identity” section in the menu always show “service unavailable” with no green tick, and “we’re sorry, cannot loading your information’ message on the inside page. Sometimes I change the vpn location it seems work for awhile.
All apps on the devices are up to date.
How can I solve this issue?
How can I contact Norton support for help? when I choose contact by phone and expected waiting time is 3 minutes, I havent received any call so far.
If this is happening often, I would suggest that there is something amiss with your 360 installation. Uninstall the app and then restart your device. Then reinstall 360 and test.
Thanks for your advice. Since I deleted the app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app, It hasn’t log out so far, thanks! But sometime the “identity” still show “service unavailable”.
