Hi, Desmond. I can reach that link in both Chrome and Firefox.
Have you tried going to Help/About in your Norton UI and Clicking on the Subscription link to resynch with the Norton Server ?

No I am not having a legit website problem. The Norton chat will not work. Windows and Norton are up to date. Chrome is uptodate it is the latest version.
Version 55.0.2883.87 m Google Chrome is up to date.
Windows is up to date Your device is up to date. Last checked: Today, 13:45
So you are having false positive website problems? Such as Norton blocking a legit website? Norton chat cannot fix this. You can simply submit the website to Norton. Exactly what is the website? You say your Norton is up to date but which version is it? Which version of Chrome are you running? Is your Windows completely up to date?
I can get to the support page and the chat window comes up but Norton cannot connect this is their error message
During our chat session the connection with your computer was lost and it was therefore not possible to properly conclude the support session.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Does this work for you ? It's a direct link to the Support page.

Thanks I have tried that link but it does not work. I am using Chrome - which is the latest version.
My chat will not work. I want it to work. I have a problem which I want to chat with Norton about. I keep getting blocked from using some buttons when I am submitting to websites.
I also want to know which VPN will work with Norton. My Norton is updated everyday.
Hi, Desmond. Have you tried this link ? http://norton.com/chat
What browser are you using, and have you done a full restart on Windows 10 ?, which is required by Norton and other programs to correctly operate/update.
I'm not aware of what VPNs will work with Norton, but I'm sure someone will chime in with their experiences.
What do you need to chat with Norton for? Is there something we can help you with? Is your Norton completely up to date?
