My.Norton Dashboard Freeze Monitoring

I understand that the “Freeze and Lock” portion of the my.norton dashboard only provides links to the seven different services for which users can choose to initiate a freeze. While those hyperlinks are helpful, they are only marginally helpful.

It would be great if users were able to record an entry with the date they actually implemented (or submitted) any of the various freezes. I often forget things and / or get distracted and don’t necessarily finish all seven freezes at one sitting.

Since Norton is seeking to be my 360 solution, having the date each freeze was implemented / initiated on the dashboard would be very helpful unless there is another solution that I am simply not seeing. Thanks for the consideration by Norton or any feedback if a solution exists elsewhere.

Paladin6:

I have the Norton 360 with LifeLock Select for Family. However, neither this plan or any other Norton plan that I know of offers “Freeze and Lock.”

What the my.norton dashboard offers is a set of hyperlinks for you to initiate these actions yourself. The links simply help save you time in using Google to find the right web sites to take these self-service actions.  See the attached image.

So, “Freeze and Lock” in your opening post refers to Freeze Your Account.

Thanks

What Norton product/plan has “Freeze and Lock”?
