Hi, my subscription runs out on November 11th, 260 days remaining. but on my device Norton are telling me I am no longer protected. I attempted to contact the live chat but it is an automated agent and I got absolutely nowhere. Therefore, although I have 8 months remaining on my subscription i am not protected at the moment, somebody please help

I've tested a few times and was able to reach live agent.
What is your geo-location?
Maybe, Member Services phone number for your geo-location will help.......
Please clear browser cache, try different browser.
Please Sign In - My Norton - 'my dot norton dot com' - before Chat.
Note: Norton pages need to fully load.
Please allow all pages content.
Please allow (ads, scripts, trackers, cookies, images, etc.).
Please try without VPN.

Note: your session will not look exactly the same.....users need to click through automated menus. Virtual Assistant eventually gets to "Do you want to hold for live agent"?

Maybe, you're seeing ChatBot virtual assistant. You need to click through a few automated help menus and get to your virtual agent asking "Do you want to wait for live agent". ChatBot after you've clicked for example: "Something else" a few times will offer user "Do you want to wait for live agent". You'll type "Yes" and you'll get transferred to a live agent. My virtual assistant was "Kate".

From the classic 360 interface, click on Help > Subscription Status to have your product sync with the Norton subscriptions servers.
