Ahh....sorry.
I've tested a few times and was able to reach live agent.

What is your geo-location?
Maybe, Member Services phone number for your geo-location will help.......

adding a few test pics
Note: your session will not look exactly the same.....users need to click through automated menus.  Virtual Assistant eventually gets to "Do you want to hold for live agent"?

Maybe, you're seeing ChatBot virtual assistant.   You need to click through a few automated help menus and get to your virtual agent asking "Do you want to wait for live agent".  ChatBot after you've clicked for example: "Something else" a few times will offer user "Do you want to wait for live agent".  You'll type "Yes" and you'll get transferred to a live agent.   My virtual assistant was "Kate".

What is your geo-location.

Hi, unfortunately not, I'm not sure what to do now as I cannot speak to a live agent

Did this help you?

Thank you, I will try that
