My parents have LifeLock and my Mom passed awaay

My parents have Lifelock and my mother passed away 3 weeks ago. I just found out they had it. I know they didn’t have a login because they don’t know how to use a computer. I was on hold for over 90 minutes and didn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I was on a chat for over 35 minutes. I was told not to worry about it because her accounts will be deleted if she is dead. I know that is not true because we have a will to probate and there are joint accounts with my Dad. Does anyone have any experience with anything like this? To make it worse we got a notification by phone that her and my Dad’s information has been compromised. Of course you can’t call the number back.
