Honestly, this only happened once when I was shutting the PC down which, by the way, is an Hewlett-Packard laptop with Windows 7, and happened when windows was supposedly reversing an update configuration failure when suddenly, my PC crashed with a "page fault in non-paged location" error, and it wasn't in safe mode, so I decided to go in safe mode with networking so I could ask for help about a crash. Also, I am sad to have to come back to my house finding that my PC was about to crash right in front of me. I do have N360, and I am going to get MBAM soon, and also I do have problems with suspicious xml files that are disguised as software from Hewlett-Packard. The suspicious xml files are also probably trojans, which makes it more annoying.
