My product key has only 24 digits and not 25 that is required. Product is Norton 360. I need the key to reload the software

Would a ‘Norton Security’ key on a subscription renew to work on Norton 360 ?

But unfortunately as there is no longer the option to purchase a new key for ‘Norton Security’ and will have to renew on a new key for Norton 360. Anyway, plenty of time for a new subscription.

@cjs Using a Norton Security product key to renew for Norton 360 would probably convert you down to Norton Security. Leaving you without most of the added features of N360.

I don’t think so, no more ‘Norton Security’ key available unless to remove newest N360 for an earlier version like N360-ESD-22.23.10.10-EN? But won’t make any difference as it still to upgrade for the latest version anyway.
