Happens whenever attempting to view “recent history” or “Security History” no matter how you attempt to view log files:
right-click on N360 icon in system tray and then left-clicking on “View recent history” results in pop-up screen that should show history but only “busy circle” shown and does not change EVER.
when clicking on “Security History” during search for “history” or ANY other way you try to access history.
The screen shows but never shows history.
This messaging site will not allow upload of imbedded jpg files to show the screen.

Restarts OK but is no help.
Liveupdate works fine.
Quickscan works fine.
Has been happening ever since new version installed.
Re-installed and still same issue.
Same problem here on W10 Pro (wife’s PC). However I have no problem on W11 Home of it showing (have a different problem of repeated every second or so network connection).
We both have the SAME version (how do I find the version by the way?).
