Same problem here on W10 Pro (wife’s PC). However I have no problem on W11 Home of it showing (have a different problem of repeated every second or so network connection).
We both have the SAME version (how do I find the version by the way?).
I can upload JPG’s, here is what I see in the History:
I select the ‘up arrow’ in the center of the menu items and then just browse for the file and select it and press OK.
I have another subject reporting the above.
