On the Services page, I see the device names, although my Galaxy S5 and my son's S5 both show up with the generic name of "samsung_SM-900. As I was experiencing the problem (again) of not being able to login to the mobile account and backup my contacts, I followed another forum thread to remove the app, after disabling the administrator feature. This worked, so I reinstalled the app and was able to backup my contacts. To my dismay, I found that the version on my phone is listed as a 30 day trial, so I don't know where my contact backup went. Why is it, that after a year, Norton still hasn't fixed the Device page and the Service page so that you know which devices you have? My Device page only shows 9 of 10, and the Services page shows all 10, although with the generic names. What's the sense of having software in which you can't define names that stick? Why the discrepancy between the two pages? How can I tell which device service to delete? As my son lives 150 miles away, I don't want to disable his NMS, when mine has the glitch.
