My VPN connection suddenly stopped working this morning, anyone else have this problem?

Appreciate you taking the time to help, both of you, but now the answers are way beyond this 71 year old woman's computer knowledge, as in you are talkin' Greek to me now, so I will close this post off.  Still not working, but thanks so much.

Message: "Connection Error: Secure VPN has experienced a connection failure. Please try again later."

....helped my "Connection Error"

Thank you very much for trying to help.  I DID restart my computer several times AND updated my Norton right after this happened.  Nothing helped sad  I'll try again, though.  The message error says "Try again later" after it says there was a connection problem.  Maybe I haven't waited long enough???  Thanks again.

Try restarting your PC and see if this helps. There was a new version recently and you should first run Liveupdate several times applying any patches and then restart.

It's a PC laptop with Windows 10.  Have never had an issue before.  I have Norton 360.  It keeps saying connection error when I click to turn it on.  I've made no changes to any settings.  Sorry, not very tech savvy, hope this info helps.

Describe the issue you are having in greater detail and include your OS version and Norton version whether PC or Mobile. The more you tell us the more someone here can help.
