Is there any way to speak with a live person at Norton? Their Chat does not function and they do not list any phone numbers, even when you click on the phone numbers button.
My VPN has stopped connecting. I have updated, scanned, deleted/reinstalled, etc.. To-say-the-least, I'm a bit frustrated... If anyone can supply me with a Support number for Norton I'd be thankful.
USA, Central Florida is my location. Respectfully, I did try all those avenues. Simply put, the buttons do nothing. The Chat will redirect you to another page where it asks you to identify your issue; but, when you select the issue nothing happens. I do appreciate your efforts.
I click'd "Manage my account" -> "Something else" and type'd "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".
