My site has been flagged as unsafe for months and months, I have tried to add the meta data and also the html file.
I am not sure if what I added is correct or not as it says do not add any html data, so I am not sure if I remove the quotes or don't and what exactly they want pasted in the meta description, it appears easy what to put in the keywords, so I have also done that. I waited a month and nothing happened when I just added the html file, then two times have done an online chat only to get the same darn link of how to do it, and no help, they said a person would call in a few days, a higher up tech, and she just did. ugh only to send me the same darn link I all ready have. So I have spent hours on this to still have no help. The rating is ruining my professional artist sites. It is horrid you have the power to destroy a persons site, and you make it so difficult to find a fix for this problem. I see there are many others who have gone through so much to just try and get help for this same problem. Please get me some help. It says that there is a drive by in the mail.karenwilliamssmith.com folder I have removed everything in that folder, so there is no way it is in there. I have also contacted support from my hosting company and they too verified there is no such file as is listed in the warning as to what the problem is. So please will you look at the source code and tell me 1 if it is correct, if not what do I need to add or remove on the code, and get me some help, as it is in the source code I have looked. And no matter how I put it, with, without quotes etc it still will not verify it for me. I do see the html file though, and I have added it to both sites in the root folder.
