My Info:
Windows 7x64 OEM version on both PC's
N360 Ver 21.6.0.32 installed on 2 PC's. 1) Desktop PC, custom built w/Asus MoBo 2) Toshiba L655 Laptop
Everything that I check with N360 seems to be working good:
- Green checkmark in the Sys Tray Icon
- Subscription up to date
- Dashboard icons all green
- Items within the categories all green (ie, Secuity, Identity, Tuneup items),
- Live Updates up to date
- Performance Monitor graph ok
- Quick Scans running ok
- My Daily overnight scan runs ok
- No known issues (PUP's, pop-up's, etc)
- PC boot time ok (unchanged since my original Win 7 OS install)
- CPU usage good (average is usually around ~2-3%)
- Fri the 13th effect? Maybe....
I haven't checked my Norton Account site in a while but when I logged into it yesterday I saw this on my Device Status screen and was wondering what it's telling me. The Device icon has a red X and telling me that "Computer Protection at Risk". It shows the same thing with both devices.
I'm not really concerned about it but was curious if anyone here has seen the same thing and what it's referring to about being at risk.
Here's my screencap:
