Well, the joy with N360 continues... I plugged my 4th gen iPod in last night (without iTunes running) to put a new playlist on it for a Scouting event today and a couple of the Norton components went absolutely nuts!
Both ccSvcHst.exe and cltLMH.exe as well as DKService.exe and one of the svchost.exe processes are now fighting for control of the PC with the cltLMH.exe taking 50% of system resources on its' own.
...that was at about 10pm last night... Now, 10 hours frakkin hours later - they're still going!
I'm running XP Pro SP3 (fully updated) on a dual-core 2.3 (Intel) with 2gig of ram with the most current release of Norton 5.0.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so - what's the solution? Between this and my problem of the System process taking 50% of the CPU (see other posting), I'm beginning to wonder whether or not Norton did a decent QA job on this?
I'd be greatly appreciative of any suggestions anyone may have - but if you're thinking of saying "It's not Norton's problem" - don't even bother to waste the electrons replying.
Thanks,
-Mike
