I am running windows 64 home premium and have a 500g hd. I was looking through folders to see what was taking up so much space and N360_BACKUP was 210g!
Is it safe for me to delete this folder? or reduce its size alot?

Hi Chinner
That folder is where you have backed things up to via Norton 360.

HI Chinner
Provided you are happy that there is not anything in there that you require you should empty the contents rather than delete the folder.
Yes, you should not delete the folder, but you can free up the space by deleting all the files through N360. To do that, click on "Manage Backup Sets" from the main N360 window. Then, select the current Backup Set and click the "Where" tab. Then, click the link on the bottom left that says "Delete backed up files...". In the new window that pops up, you can click the square on the title bar next to the words "Backup Item". This will select all your files at once. Then click, the "Delete Selected" button and you should save yourself a whole lot of hard drive space.
Good luck, and please feel free to ask any more questions you might have.
