I had Avira in my system, I uninstalled Avira and installed N360 Ver. 5, after which i am not able to log on to my billing application.
Please help me I am struck here,

Is your billing system on a server, or on the web? What kind of a problem are you having with the login? Some specific details might point us in the right direction.
How was Avira removed? Did you use the uninstall tool?

I am unable to open my billing application after installing N360. It it in my machine and i do not get any message when i doubleclick the same, My application is custom based and it is called depbiller. Avira was uninstalled from add or remove programs.

The Avira removal tool you linked to can not be used to remove Avira products.
It is a malware removal tool, this is a short description from the web page:

The closest thing Avira has to a product removal tool is the Avira registry cleaner.
It is supposed to remove all Avira related entries from the registry: RegistryCleaner

Here is a link for the removal of Avira products. It contains all the instructions including that registry cleaner and instructions of what to delete and clean up after using the control panel method.. Thanks..
