When I visit the first one, N360 will post the login for the second page. When I go into the control panel to manage my logins, each page has one and only one login. I do not know if this error is because they have the tri-c.edu root in common, but I do know that this issue did not start happening until version 3.0. Everything was find in v2.0.
Since both the Url's represent same domain the saved logins are considered as a Multiple login for the Url. However it will fill the logins correctly for the Url stored. Try the following steps and let us know the results
Browse to the first Url , enter the user name and password and save the login. Similarly do the same procedure for the second Url.If you have chosen a login from the multiple login window it will fill the most recently used login the next time if the url is same. So in both the Url's enter the correct user name and password and submit the page. Then try to load both the page and check for the logins filled. After this steps it should fill the logins correctly.
Hope this resolves your problem. Kindly let us know if you have more queries.
I removed the logins from Identity Safe to start off on a blank slate. I went to the first page, logged in and had NIS save my password. I went to the second page and NIS filled in the login info from the first page. I deleted the login information, put in the new information, and selected "Yes" when it asked me to save that login for the second page.
Since the logins stored are of same domain ,our engine fills the most recently used logins eventhough the URL differs. Any Urls from some domain is stored as multiple logins for the domain. When you have multiple logins for the same domain, we show Multiple login window when the page loads. Multiple Login window for the Url will not be shown if you have chosen the option ‘Don’t ask me again’ in Multiple login window. If you are not getting Multiple login alert ,Go to Settings>Identity Protection >Manage Log-ins and Turn on ‘Display my Log-ins for each page I visit’. When you load the page it will fill the most recently used log in and show the multiple login alert window, If the logins are not correctly filled in you can choose the correct login from the multiple login window.
