We purchased N360 MD to install on laptops and Android phones. All the installations were without problems until we came to the Android 4.1.2 phone. Although the download of N360 seems to have taken place after we pass through the screens to get to the page stating "Agree and Launch", the phone enters a "Loading" phase and does not complete to enter the product key. The only way to stop the "Loading" is to enter a "Force Stop". We have tried various steps to resolve the issue including downloading N360 from the Norton website, deleting and reinstalling, doing a complete factory reset. I am out of ideas so if anyone has any suggestions they would be appreciated.
The Android phone was new when we began the installation.
