Norton 360 Premier v.20.2.0.19 - Created two backup sets with the same name (oops). Deleted one. Norton reported an error when I tried to delete its files, and said they would look into it. Later that set of files did get deleted. Now I have deleted the other backup set from the local interface, including deletion of files. Seemed to work okay but in browser view the file set is still there. "Support" chat bot sends me to never-never land so I came here. Assume Norton folks here can delete the set - assume you need my account info and file set name. Contact me privately about this?
