I was having issues with Norton not auto running Live Update, e-mail not being picked up in Outlook and no Internet access. Norton support staff kindly removed + re-installed Norton 360. A day or so later I realised the Backups needed reinstating too, so this is what I set out doing.
However I am now at a situation where I wish to delete an old backup in my online secure storage. In Windows Explorer I right click on the icon, I choose "delete", but then I a message about "The catalog file has been corrupted. Running another backup to this destination or selecting 'Refresh List' may fix the problem." Refreshing the list does not work and trying to re-create a backup with the same name just lists as a semi duplicate set (same name but alleging it is a slightly different PC).
What will make me happy is being told the method of how to fix this and free up space. Then if the said fix can be put into the Norton Support so others can gain from this.
Thank you in advance.
