N360 Window Freeze

Occasionally I find that the N360 main window "freezes/becomes unresponsive". I have N360 version 22.9.4.8 running with Windows 10 edition 1607. The circumstances when this occurs is that I switch on the computer first thing in the morning, let the computer "settle down" (presumably loading apps, checking for windows and other updates etc etc), open up N360, do N360 update and then select full system scan and then leave the computer for some time. I return to the computer, login via windows password and there is the window showing completion of scan ok. Close that N360 window leaving the N360 main window - that window is unresponsive. To get back to "normal" I close down the computer (using "shut down") and then power up the computer - everything is now working correctly including N360. Any ideas about this. This is more of an annoying feature/behaviour rather than a significant problem.
