NAS is not listed as a Where location for backup

The NAS is shown on the Network Security Map under Local Area Connection and I have given it Full Trust.  But, when I go to Manage Backup Sets and click on Where, the NAS is not shown at all.  I have a simple home network configured as a workgroup and want to use Norton 360 to back up 2 PCs on the NAS.  I’m using version 3.5.2.11.

Have you mapped the NAS using "map network drive". It needs to be showing under Windows Explorer with a drive letter against it or 360 won't see it.
