How can I tell what National Public Data is doing with my information? Who they are, and what I can do to stop them from even having my information on their website? I have no clue of who they are or why they have information on me.

Who they are: Data brokers. Used for background checks, etc!! The thing is, they gather data that is already available in the public space. Cobble that together and make individual profiles to sell that data a background data for a fee.
