Hello.
I installed Nortaon 2011 version 18.5.0.125 on a Windows XP Pro computer. At first the install worked and I activated this copy which used up my last activation.
Now, when I try to run NAV I get an error that says the UISTUB.EXE program cannot be found or the path is invalid, but it does exist. I checked using Windows Explorer.
I get a similar message when I try to run the Norton Removal tool or LiveUpdate, so nothng works.
If I remove the program using Control Panel, will that put the Activation back in my account?
How do I reinstall and get my activation back?
