Following my upgrade to NAV 2009 in May I was getting the blue screen of death every time I put a rewritable DVD or CD into my laptop. Now instead of the BSOD I get a D drive inaccessible message when I try to use a rewritable DVD/CD. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
