I subscribe to NAV for my DELL Windows XP, service pack 2 machine. Last evening I was instructed to install NAV 2010 which I was entitled to because I had recently renewed my annual subscription. After installation and reboot, my wireless internet was gone. My Hawking adapter still showed good signal from my wireless router. "ipconfig" in the DOS window showed nothing!! I tried to install another wireless network through Window without success. I removed than reinstalled my Hawking adapter driver and software and show good connection to the wireless router but still no internet on my computer. ipconfig still shows nothing. Any ideas about how to fix the problem? Thanks
