I've read that NAV 2011is not supposed to have a firewall. But if I go to Windows Security under firewall, it says that
at least one of the firewalls installed on this computer is on". If I disable the Windows firewall, then it says now under firewall that "Norton Antivirus is currently on". If NAV2011 didn't have a firewall, shouldn't it show NO firewall when turning off the Windows firewall?
I'm running NAV2011 (upgraded from NAV2008) on three XP computers and all three indicate the same thing. When I have the Windows firewall ON, am I running two firewalls, like it says? Is this a bug, or some leftover from NAV2008 that didn't get removed during the uninstall?
I am running XP Pro SP3.
