Nav 2011 scan False positive: eac-eac-0.99pb5.exe quarantined as Trojan.ADH

I did a full system scan today and the file eac-0.99pb5.exe was quarantined as Trojan.ADH

It is the installer for Exact Audio Copy, a perfectly respectable app.. I am confident that it is a false positive.

I restored the file right clicked and clicked scan with insight network scan, same result, but right click, use Norton file insight gives the same file as Mature,  many users, good.

I have submitted it to Symantec (from quarantine/details/options), restored it and excluded the folder that contains that file from future scans.

Surely it should be possible to get a consistent verdict as between scanning a file on the PC and using Norton File insight. The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing.
