NAV 2014 unable to proceed with Norton Account

From time to time pops up windows noticing/requiring of uncompleted registratio. When trying to complete request and signing in to Norton account there comes an error "We are unable to proceed with Norton Account at this time."

 

I run all available updates but no success.

Installation was from Norton Antivirus CD, directed to web download. Activation was successful and key was added to Norton account

"Support - Subscription status" states status OK, 364 days of subscription remaining. You are entitled to protection for up to 3 PCs.

 

I unistalled NAV 2014 with Norton Removal Tool and re installed NAV from CD - but smae result.

After updates, no change.

Already 4 hours spent ....

How to get rid this Norton Account nightmare?
