NAV Version 21.0.1.3 - Norton Insight Problem

Just upgraded to the new version of Norton Antivirus.  Download and installation were successful.  Live Updates running properly.  However, if I attempt to run Norton Insight the following message appears, "Norton Insight has encountered an unknown error.  Please try again later."   Ran Norton Autofix and no issues were found.   Norton Insight ran fine before upgrade.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thank you.
